zzz. maybe... this is the first part time job that I completed? lol

how is working day look like

we started to work this week =D

and i pick up a call this morning and kinda satisfy with what i've done (actually nothing much but answering the customer)

really appreciate this kind of customer, 

could provide more info for us to check for him

and PATIENT. woohoooo cheer for you =D

this aunty was very focus on her stuff, hohoho. 

it was still early in the morning so.... GOOD MORNING!!

after the call then i off to the ticketing department..

we were using Galileo and Abacus.. 

but now i'm learning abacus first la, easier ma ><....

it's really..... H A R D . . . . .

but good what!! 

ticketing is kinda 吃香 =D

it was my senior's hand, haha

she very pro d lo, can check the ticket in this comp then play at that comp and pick up call and greet walk in customer....

pro 就是 pro!! lol

and i found that it was funny by curi curi listen the conversation of seniors...

what i have learned these days in office. 

the color papers are the itinerary.... Europe, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Exotic, Japan....

and these are not all, i haven't finish taken it all.. it's really too many!!!!

with a notebook to mark down the important thing that have to concern...

overall, i learned code, customer service. aikss. Haven't digest.

still a long way to go.............

and so sad it was still only 5 houses left. without pink lagi T.T

the orange and yellow house design for my year, 2010.

my all time favourite was the yellow house, hehe. so damn creative and nice!!

but the banner is a little bit errrr -.-

yellow house was the cheering champion of that time, i think it was mostly because of this design. 

but orange house also very nice! the logo is big enough and the decoration surround the camp is really good!!

i forgot yellow or orange, they even got a walking signboard to remind people not to littering, hehe
